Our mission is to create professional leagues and tournaments that allow high school players to gain valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership as they compete with their peers. Through LAG's platform, we will build a network for our members to connect with collegiate coaches as they pursue their future academic and Esports endeavors.
Legacy Academia Gaming is a non-profit Esports organization based in Omaha, Nebraska. LAG was started in the world of collegiate Esports when the founders created and played for the Esports program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After graduating from UNO, the LAG founders were driven to form top tier leagues and tournaments for high school players and to build a bridge between high school and collegiate Esports.
From 2022 - 2023, Quinn was the president of UNO Esports, at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He grew the student organization from a handful of players to a booming organization with nearly 700 competitors across the Midwest. He also played on the UNO Valorant team.
Graduating in May 2024, Max has been a part of the UNO Esports Club since 2019, helping it grow to what it is today. Max started his Esports career in 2014, placing top-14 in Go4R6 and competing in several collegiate seasons. Max specializes in League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege. He is dedicated to creating a fun and safe Esports community for everyone.
Jacob's Esports career led him to play semi-professional VALORANT against teams such as Cloud9 and Faze. Additionally, while at the the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, his team won the Unified Esports Association LAN 2021, Mage Iowa LAN 2021, Iowa State Open LAN 2022, MavLAN 2023, and ranked top 10 in NACE Starleague power rankings from 2019-2020.
